From our point of view, physicians and all healthcare professionals need to acquire certain concepts from other disciplines that are generally not included in the medical syllabus, such as leadership, technology, teamwork, effective communication, systemic thinking, marketing, management, professional effectiveness and change control. These concepts are usually present in other fields, mainly in the computing and business fields.

We consider that this lack of specific knowledge represents one of the main reasons why professional burnout is growing, and why professionals have difficulties in the development of an effective continuing learning, among other conflicts that appear within organizations.

Our mission is to give professionals, work and study teams, and organizations all the keys, tools and strategies they need to overcome these challenges. We achieve this through online courses, on-site seminars, articles and different services related to information, content and knowledge management.
